Where Lisso runs
Lisso runs on a server at Hetzner, in a data centre in [to be completed]. We manage the server with Ploi, a server management tool. All traffic goes over HTTPS, on every page.
Accounts and login
- You log in with your email and password.
- Passwords are stored hashed. Nobody can read them, not even us.
- You can turn on two-factor authentication, and you can log in with a passkey.
- You see your active sessions, with the browser and IP address, and you can log out other devices.
Each location strictly separated
Each location has its own team, suppliers, products and orders. One location never sees the data of another. This is enforced in the database itself, not only in the app, and automated tests check it.
Within a location, roles decide who can do what. Owners and managers manage suppliers, products, the team and the settings. Employees scan, compose and send orders.
Who at Ulixes Consulting can see your data
Only the people who run and support Lisso, and only to do that: to keep the service running, or to help you when you ask.
Backups
We make backups of the database. The details are in the data processing agreement.
Your data
Your data stays yours. If you stop using Lisso, we delete it on request.
GDPR
For the data you put into Lisso, such as your staff, your suppliers' contact persons and your orders, you are the controller and Ulixes Consulting is the processor. We agree that in the data processing agreement. The services we use to run Lisso are listed on the subprocessors page. How we handle the data of website visitors and users is in the privacy policy.
Cookies
Lisso uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you logged in, to protect forms and to remember your language. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See cookies.
